Howzit Rich, Bobo Tempo is on the CD Small World by Huey Lewis and the News (not Clover) that came out around 1987, I don't know if it was ever released on a record. And Cook it on Up as far as I know was never released on a recording, if it was I would love to find it. Actually it was Mitch Howie's influence on the band to do soul music like James Brown's " Hot Pants "
Great info Paul, nice to see the original line up photographs with Mitch & the boys looking like regular 'Millbillys' with the overalls & country threads on. Did they ever put out 'Cook It On Up' or 'Bobo Tempo' on vinyl or was that just songs they did when they performed?
For any of you Clover fans, there is a Clover website with all kinds of links to other bands. It can be found at www.clover-infopage.com/. It's been around for about 4 years.
