Reopen the Alto Tunnel?

The question of whether the Alto Tunnel connecting Mill Valley and Corte Madera should be reopened has been discussed for years (watch VIDEO on MarinNostalgia.org).  It's currently being studied (READ STORY in IJ).  What do you think?  Good idea?  Take the POLL.
