My family and I used to go there in the late Sixties/early Seventies. I ran across a great story, having to do with the place in the old days. Remember the boat on the pole with all of the flags?
A funny story not related to food. My industrial room-mate is a yacht rigger who was hired years ago to rig the boat on the pole. The owners wanted him to also string some nautical signal flags from the shrouds without knowing that the flags actually meant something, so until they fluttered away, they used to proudly declare to all passing "REAL MEN EAT MEAT".
